If a proposed participant is no longer available, update the notes and ask the operator to review any effect on arrangements and the quotation. Timing notes help enquiries without guaranteeing transit duration or a handover slot.

Does preferred timing become a sailing schedule?
No. It is customer availability preference. The operator must confirm actual timing and arrangements; tool input creates no transit duration, cutoff or sailing date.
Can I update proposed participants’ availability?
Yes, update the notes and review the new message. If arrangements have been discussed, explain the change to the operator and request review before assuming acceptance.
